If you do offer treats, make sure it's only a tiny portion of their diet,too much can unbalance their nutrition. They need all the nutrients in chick starter to grow strong!

Sounds more like a raccoon's work. Possums usually go for eggs or carrion, not live birds. I'd keep those traps set!

Sometimes, an air sac in the wrong place indicates shipping damage or humidity issues. If they weren't shipped, it could be due to storage temperature. If the embryos are alive, they might still make it! Keep monitoring and look for movement or further development.

This is exactly why I love backyard chickens. They give back more than they take! The way they aerate the soil and provide fertilizer is something no synthetic product can match. Plus, their presence in the garden is just plain fun!

I would remove the shavings ASAP and give your chickens plenty of fresh air. If they're inside a closed coop, increase ventilation to help clear out any lingering fumes.

Since she's still walking on it, maybe try Blu-Kote instead of a bandage? It'll protect the wound and discourage pecking.

This sounds like it could be a simple case of "pastiness" from her droppings. If you're worried, give her a bath with warm water and gently rub the area until the poop is gone. Then, you can dry her off and watch for any signs of other health problems.
