Did they have any vaccinations before you got them? Some diseases show up under stress if birds weren't properly immunized.

Were they housed with a lot of other birds at the show? It's possible they picked up something there.

Sometimes birds just take time to settle in, but combined with the poop changes, I'd lean toward a possible infection.

It could be respiratory-related. Do you hear any wheezing or see nasal discharge?
