Bloody droppings and lethargy often signal coccidiosis. Start Corid immediately in drinking water and monitor closely. Time is critical with this disease!

If she's still eating, try scrambled eggs for extra protein. But treating with Corid is top priority,bloody droppings usually mean coccidiosis in young birds.

Bloody droppings might also be from eating something toxic. Have you changed her feed recently, or could she have gotten into anything unusual?
