I spent most of the afternoon cleaning the coop and adding new bedding. It's always so satisfying when everything is clean and fresh, and the chickens seem to appreciate it too. Afterward, I collected a few eggs, and my rooster proudly paraded around the run like he owned the place.

Finally got around to adding a few more ventilation holes to the coop. It's been getting warmer, and I want to make sure they stay comfortable through the summer heat.

Just checked on my hens and made sure they had plenty of water. Everything's looking good today!

Took a break from the usual chores to just sit and watch the chickens today. My rooster tried a little dance to impress the hens, but they weren't having it. Pretty funny to see him strut around all proud of himself!

Fixed the coop door today. It had been sticking a little, but after some adjustments, it's working fine now. Took a few minutes to check on the flock afterward. Everyone seems happy and healthy!

Did a quick check-in today-added some new roosting bars. I'm always looking for ways to make the coop more comfortable for my hens. Today, they seemed to appreciate the upgrades!
