I've incubated eggs from my new layers that were smaller than usual, and while the hatch rate was a bit lower, I still had successful hatches. If you're not in a rush, you could wait for larger eggs, but otherwise, I say go for it!

From my experience, smaller eggs from new layers can still hatch, but they might take a bit longer in the incubator. The chick may also be a little weaker than a chick from a larger egg. If you're eager to start, though, go ahead and incubate them!

I've read that smaller eggs can sometimes result in weaker chicks, but that doesn't mean they won't hatch. If you're eager to incubate, I say go ahead, but just be cautious of the lower hatch rate. You may want to set multiple smaller eggs at once to increase your chances.

I think the small eggs should be fine for incubation, but you might want to wait just a bit until the eggs are slightly bigger. That said, I've hatched eggs from first-time layers and had success. The key is that the eggs are fertilized, and as long as you maintain proper incubation conditions, they should hatch.
