I had a few chicks with curled toes last year, and supplementing with riboflavin (Vitamin B2) really helped. You might want to try adding some to their water or feed.

Hatchery mix-ups happen more than they should! If you're seeing early saddle feathers, it's likely they are cockerels. Some hatcheries will refund or replace if they sent you the wrong sex.
