If you don't want to freeze meat, a steady hatch cycle is key. Consider incubating every 2-3 weeks so you always have fresh birds at the right age.

You might want to try raising jumbo Coturnix quail. They're larger, so you'll need fewer birds to get the same amount of meat compared to standard-sized quail.
