Could be just adjusting her crop! Sometimes chickens stretch and twitch when food isn't settling quite right. Keep an eye on her, but if she's eating and acting normal otherwise, it's likely nothing serious.

If she's eating, drinking, and active, she's probably okay. Chickens do all sorts of weird things! But if the twitching gets worse, a vitamin E and selenium supplement might help in case it's neurological.

If you suspect wry neck, start supplementing with vitamin E and selenium right away. It's an easy fix if caught early. Also, observe if she's having trouble aiming for food,if she starts missing, that's a sign of a bigger issue.
