My hens absolutely love pumpkin guts and seeds! It's a great treat, especially in the fall.

Be careful with lima beans-they need to be cooked before feeding to hens, as raw ones can be toxic.

My hens are obsessed with peas-fresh or frozen, they don't care. It's like a little snack party!

Have you tried giving them broccoli? Mine go wild for the florets, but they ignore the stems.

I've found that my flock avoids bitter greens like kale but adores spinach and Swiss chard. Maybe yours will too!

My hens go crazy for cucumbers and zucchini! They also love pecking at fresh corn kernels.
