I wouldn't recommend it. The new eggs might not hatch properly due to the differing conditions, and the older eggs could be disrupted during the critical hatching phase.

If you're set on using one incubator, place the newer eggs on a separate tray or section. Adjust the humidity and temperature as best as you can, but expect some challenges.
