Help! Chick Egg Internally Pipped Early, What Should I Do?

Hello everyone!
Im incubating a chicken egg, and when I just candled it, I saw that it has internally pipped. Its breathing, and Ive heard it peep a few times. This is my only egg due to hatch soon, so Im really hoping everything goes smoothly!
The thing is its only day 18, and I didnt expect this to happen so early! Ive already put it into lockdown, but Im not sure how long its been internally pipped. Should I keep it in lockdown and just wait? How long does it usually take to see an external pip after this stage? Is this normal?
Please help! Thank you!
