The drop to 47% could stress the eggs a bit, but it sounds like it was just for a few hours. I think they'll be okay as long as the humidity is back in range. Just be prepared to adjust and watch it carefully as you approach the hatching stage.

Some pullets just take a little longer to develop their reproductive systems. If they're healthy and active, I wouldn't worry. You'll probably see eggs from them soon!
