Don't worry too much! Chickens have pretty strong digestive systems and can handle a variety of food, but if it happens often, the extra fat could cause some health issues like obesity. Keep their diet balanced with their regular feed, and it should be fine.

It's unlikely to cause any serious harm, but it may cause some digestive upset due to the high fat content. Keep an eye on their behavior and waste for any signs of discomfort or diarrhea. They should be okay, but you might want to reduce the larvae feeding going forward.

Yikes, that's a lot of larvae! Chickens love treats, but too many fatty foods can cause some issues. If you notice them being extra sleepy or their droppings seem different than usual, it might be time to cut back on the extra larvae snacks.

I wouldn't stress too much unless it becomes a pattern. Fly larvae have a lot of fat and protein, so while it's okay every once in a while, too much could lead to weight issues or even liver problems. Be sure to get back to their normal balanced diet!

Sounds like an accidental treat! Chickens will generally be fine after a bit of extra food, but try not to let them get too used to it. Just keep an eye on them for a couple of days. If they're not showing any issues like diarrhea or lethargy, I wouldn't worry.

Now, all 14 chickens and the turkey ate almost the entire thing! Im not sure if thats a problem or if itll affect them. Has anyone had a situation like this before?
Is it safe for them to eat that much at once?
Should I be concerned about the extra fat?
It's likely not a big deal in the short term, but I would avoid letting them eat too many larvae regularly. You don't want them to start gaining weight too quickly, and it could lead to liver problems over time. Just keep an eye on their weight and energy.
