If she's pecking at it, a bandage might be a good idea. Otherwise, I'd just monitor and let it heal naturally.

Have you considered using liquid bandage instead? It might protect the quick without needing a full wrap.

I had a hen with a similar injury, and she did fine without a bandage. I just cleaned it twice a day and kept an eye on it.
