Chicken Math Got Me! How Did Your Flock Grow?

I started with 5 chickens as a gift from my neighbor. He didnt want the rooster, so he handed over the whole flock. Now, somehow, I have 14 chickens! I wont go into all their stories, but lets just say... chicken math is real!

It happens so fastjust a few more here, a couple more there, and suddenly, the coop is full.

I told myself, Just a few chickens for fresh eggs. Fast forward a year, and my backyard is basically a chicken village. Between hatching some, rescuing a few, and getting suckered in by feed store chicks, Im officially outnumbered. But honestly? I wouldnt change a thing!
