You can try, but it's tricky. The older eggs will need lower humidity and higher airflow as they near hatching, while the new eggs will need higher humidity. Separate incubators would be ideal.

It's best to avoid adding eggs at different stages. The temperature and humidity needs change as incubation progresses, which could complicate hatching for both batches.

I wouldn't recommend it. The new eggs might not hatch properly due to the differing conditions, and the older eggs could be disrupted during the critical hatching phase.
Raising chickens... Not eating chickens...

If you're set on using one incubator, place the newer eggs on a separate tray or section. Adjust the humidity and temperature as best as you can, but expect some challenges.
